Shipping and Return

As shoppers of various products ourselves, our team at 3A Clothing understands how important it is for you to receive your purchased orders in their finest condition and on time. Hence, we work with a large network of reliable courier services to deliver your products. 

Upon receiving your orders, we dispatch products within 3-5 business days (for locations within India) and within 5-7 business days (for locations overseas). We also keep you informed via email so you are in the know. Courier tracking numbers are shared as soon as generated.

Our team works hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion products of impeccable quality and at competitive pricing. We put a lot of care and effort into manufacturing each item. We can also gift-wrap the product if you’d like. Just let us know.

Easy Returns/Exchanges

Returns/Exchange Policy – India

Our 7-day easy exchange policy is subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned without any scratches or damages.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • If the product does not meet your expectations, a store credit shall be issued, valid for 3 months.
  • No refunds offered unless the product received was damaged. In that case please take a picture and email us right away.
  • Any item less than INR 1,000 cannot be returned unless the product received was incorrect or damaged
  • Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • All returns, exchange and warranty claims will be processed after examining the physical product and are subject to approval from our team. 
  • We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location unless otherwise specified. 
  • If you receive a damaged product or if the wrong order was shipped to you, we promise to offer you an immediate replacement of the same model and color, provided it is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a refund right away. We will cover the cost of returns for damaged products or if the wrong product was shipped to you at no charge to you.

  • Please ensure that the size and color you order match your specifications. Feel free to email us at 3aclothing@3aclothing.com if you require further details. 
  • Due to international logistics at play, we are unable to exchange or refunds such orders unless the product received was incorrect or damaged. In that case please take a picture and email us right away.

  • Note that we will not be responsible for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer. 
  • Our intellectual property (IP), including but not limited to brands, trademarks and images should not be misused in any way and nothing contained within this website should be construed as granting any license or the right to use any IP without our prior written consent.

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required when an order is placed by a customer from our online Shop. We are not required to provide any products and will not dispatch them until complete payment has been received and cleared. In case the payment does not clear, we have the right to cancel the order completely without further notice. 

Delivery Partners:

  • We pack all our products very carefully so that they are safe during carriage, and work with reliable and credible courier services. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of their service.
